Our Mission This Is My Life CIC is a movement which seeks to change the future of care leavers – shifting lived experience into leadership, creativity into opportunity and pain into purpose. We put the power back into the hands of young people to rewrite their narratives, gain the confidence and take control over their journey toward independence. Using therapeutic life story work, mentoring, accredited learning and digital storytelling we provide them with the tools to not just survive but to thrive. We want to revolutionise what care means in this country by building a system where no young person is unseen, unheard and uncared for.
