At This Is My Life CIC our vision is to shape a world where care-experienced young people are not defined by their past but empowered through it. Every young person carries a powerful story, and through life story work, mentoring, and creative expression, we help them uncover their identity, build confidence, and gain independence. We dream of a world where every child feels seen, valued, and supported, with the strength and tools to shape their own future. Our vision guides everything we do to support young people across Lambeth, Southwark, and wider South London, helping them heal, grow, and thrive.

At This Is My Life CIC we bring together creative practice, therapeutic life story work, and accredited learning to empower care-experienced youth and those facing social disadvantage. Our approach blends emotional healing, practical skill-building, and digital media training, helping participants connect with their identity, purpose, and goals. Each workshop is inclusive, empowering, and transformative, giving young people the space to find their voice, build independence, and lead positive change in their communities. We collaborate with fostering agencies, local authorities, and schools to create lasting impact and brighter futures for young people across South London and beyond.
